Rescheduling
You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session.
Cancellations
Cancellations 48 hours or more before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations under 48 hours receive 50%. No-shows receive no refund.
Retainer
The advisory retainer is billed monthly in advance, with a three-month minimum. After the minimum term, 30 days’ notice ends the retainer.
Reviews
Architecture and product reviews are non-refundable once work has started.
Scope of liability
Sessions are advisory only, not a guarantee, and liability is capped at the fee. A confidentiality clause applies to materials you share.
